Advantages and limitations of various shot blasting machines

Common types of shot blasting machines on the market include hook type, crawler type, through type, turntable type, etc. These shot blasting machines each have the following advantages and limitations when processing workpieces with complex shapes:

Hook type shot blasting machine: This type of shot blasting machine has the advantages of high operating efficiency, suitability for workpieces of different materials, high surface cleanliness and long service life. However, it also has some disadvantages, such as high cost, high requirements for workpiece size, noise problems and high energy consumption. When processing workpieces with complex shapes, the hook type shot blasting machine may not be able to thoroughly clean the inside and recessed parts of the workpiece, and it may not be convenient to operate for larger or heavier workpieces.

Crawler type shot blasting machine: Its advantages are high efficiency, uniformity, high degree of automation, wide range of applications, and environmental protection and energy saving. However, crawler type shot blasting machines are not suitable for cleaning larger or heavier workpieces, and may not achieve the ideal cleaning effect for workpieces with too complex shapes.

Through type shot blasting machine: This machine can handle workpieces of various shapes and sizes without causing excessive impact and damage to the workpieces. However, through type shot blasting machines usually require a larger installation space and have higher equipment costs.
