2. Check whether there are sundries falling into the machine, and remove them in time to prevent equipment failure caused by clogging each conveying link.
3. Before operation, check the wear of wearing parts such as guard plates, blades, impellers, rubber curtains, directional sleeves, rollers, etc. twice every shift, and replace them in time.
4. Check the coordination of the moving parts of the electrical appliances, whether the bolt connections are loose, and tighten them in time.
5. Regularly check whether the oil filling of each part meets the regulations at the oil filling point of the shot blasting machine.
6. Check the chamber body guard of the shot blasting machine every day, and replace it immediately if it is damaged.
7. The operator should check the cleaning effect at any time. If there is any abnormality, the machine should be stopped immediately and the equipment should be checked as a whole.
8. The operator must check whether the various switches of the control cabinet (panel) are in the required setting position (including each power switch) before starting the machine, so as to avoid malfunction, damage to electrical and mechanical equipment, and cause equipment damage.
9. Seals must be checked daily and replaced immediately if damaged.
10. Always check the quality of steel cleaning, adjust the projectile projection angle and roller conveying speed if necessary, and operate in accordance with the operating rules.
